The End

Well, Kendall's 365 project has ended for the year, and what a year it was. She's has grown so much in such little time. KK has become such a love, caring, funny, independent little girl. Here are 10 random facts about 2 year old, Kendall.
1. This year KK became a big sister to Blake.
2. She has pooped on the potty twice, but hasn't peed on there yet.
3. KK sleeps in a double bed with her blanket and some of her favorite toys
(ex. Nemo, Oswald, kitty, toy story buddies).
4. Kendall is talking in sentences.
5. She has a long attention span - can sit through an entire movie.
6. She is a good eater, her favorites are: pasta, cheese, broccoli, pizza,
bologna, strawberries, bananas, and ketchup.
7. She loves to give kisses and hugs to Blake, Mommy, Daddy, Nanny, Pappy, Reagan,
and Truman.
8. Kendall goes to school (Mother's Day Out) twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
9. Her favorite sayings: "I want to hold it," "What's that, Daddy,"
"I do it!" and "F Mo"
10. Kendall has started having conversations with her friends and even herself.

Day 365 - 9/3

This afternoon we went to the 'boro to hang out with the Browns for a little pre-labor day cookout.

Day 364 - 9/2

Kendall wakes up every morning sometime between 5 and 6 and is ready to start her day. Right when she wakes up, she jumps out of her door, shuts her door, opens my door, and jumps in the bed with me. She brings her blanket and her "yucky" (old) milk. We watch tv for a bit, and then I hear "Up, Mommy!"

Day 363 - 9/1

Kendall finally got to see EK at dinner tonight. They haven't seen each other in a week since EK went to LA and KK was sick. They were so cute when they saw each other. They hugged and KK said, "Ella, I missed you!"

Nanny and Josie (the dog) had to leave today, but KK and Mommy really appreciates all of Nanny's help.

Day 354 - 8/23

Kendall ran a fever all day today. She went to the doctor this morning, and she was tested for strep since her throat looked red and she had a high fever. It came back negative, so the doctor is thinking that she might just have a virus. If her fever doesn't go away in 48 hours, we will be back for some more test.

Day 353 - 8/22

Kendall woke up at 3:30, 4:30, and then again at 5:30am. When she got in bed with us, we realized she was burning up. She had a temperature of 103! Throughout the day, it would go up and down from 99 to 103. Before going to bed, it jumped all the way to 104, so she stayed up until her fever went down to 102.

Day 352 - 8/21

Today is Daddy's 40th Birthday!! Kendall helped start his day off nice by sleeping in until 7:00 unlike her normal 5am wake-up call.

Day 351 - 8/20

Oh-no, Kendall found all the old Disney VHS movies. The problem with that is.....we don't have a working VCR anymore.

Day 350 - 8/19

Kendall learned the letter M today at school. She couldn't wait to tell me what letter it was, the color, and the sound it made. She even had to sleep with that M.

Day 349 - 8/18

Day 348 - 8/17

Kendall started off her morning being really excited for school. She picked out her clothes and helped me pack her lunch. As we were waiting in the car rider line for school, she started saying, "No School, Mommy!" When the teacher came to our car to get her, KK was trying hard to keep her tears from falling, but once they walked away, her tears started falling.

Day 347 - 8/16

When KK wakes up from a nap, she is soaked. Her hair is a hot mess and her shirt is usually drenched as well. She is in desperate need of a ceiling fan in her room. Sounds like a job for her Pappy!
